In general, revision surgery is possible 6 months after a surgery once the hard scars soften. However, if symptoms are severe and a normal social life is not possible due to the symptoms, revision surgery can be done at any time.

The red area inside the corner of the eye is called the ‘lacrimal lake.’ It means ‘tears gathering in a lake.’
The ideal exposure of this lacrimal lake is about 1/2-2/3. If more than 2/3 is exposed, it leaves an unnatural and fierce impression.
‘Inner Corner of the Eye Lengthening Reconstruction’ is needed if the lacrimal lake is excessively exposed.
V-Y ADVANCEMENT
for closing the front of the eye
‘V-Y advancement’ is a technique for making an incision along the scar, detaching the skin to move,
and stitching up in a ‘zipper closure shape.’
Closing 1/3 is appropriate and excessive closure can make the eyes look narrow.
